All of our lawn displays include a unique, large, brightly designed 4’ X 4’ sign that displays your greeting along with the name of the recipient.  It also includes “30” lawn ornaments of your choice. (Additional ornaments are available for a nominal fee).

All Occasion Signs provide you with lawn greetings for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, retirements, engagements, graduations, weddings, homecomings, and farewells, and any other event that requires a celebration.  You can also mix and match lawn ornaments for your occasion if necessary.

We have many styles/themes to choose from, most of which have bright, colorful designs to fit ANY occasion.  Your sign rental is for a 24 hour period. If desired you may rent your sign for additional days.  A $10.00 fee per day will apply for additional days.

We deliver to ALL of Western New York!!  Our services include the delivery, setup and pick-up of your sign rental.  We offer a very flexible delivery schedule for your convenience.  We try to service every order placed within a specific delivery time, however orders placed in advance will be delivered first.  Delivery fees vary and depend on the location of your rental.  Night time deliveries may be available, however a small fee will be applied. 

We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover cards.  Cash and personal checks are welcomed, we ask that they are received before the delivery of your sign.   * A fully refundable security deposit of $50.00 is required on all sign rentals.

Our Birth Announcements are available in either a stork sign, which is over  6 feet tall and includes a “keepsake” plaque with the baby’s birth information to treasure forever!  WE NOW HAVE AN ADORABLE PLUSH STORK AVAILABLE FOR “MOM” !  (Inquire for more details!)

Our alternative birth announcement is an adorable 4’X4’ Teddy Bear sign which includes the baby’s birth information inserted  into the body of the sign with plastic lettering.  The bear is then surrounded with our heart lawn ornaments with a sign that reads “It’s a Boy/Girl” attached to the top of the bear. 

Both Birth Announcement signs are available for a 3 or 5 day rental.  We  are happy to deliver your birth announcement in time for Mom and Baby’s arrival home!
